Please note that if your booking is cancelled within 7 days of your hire, your deposit will be lost and is non-refundable.

Yes, a refundable damage deposit is required. This is returned in full after your hire period, provided there is no damage to the sauna on collection.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Changes to your booking or cancellations made more than 7 days before your booking will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Changes to your booking which we're unable to cater to ie. location, or cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable and will result in your deposit being lost.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather), we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule.

It is £250 per day to hire the sauna.

Plus the cost of additional logs to fuel the sauna. One day's worth of logs costs approx £7.

Free delivery is included within 5 miles of our base in Horsham St. Faiths, Norfolk. Beyond this, travel is charged at 50p per mile.

We’ll confirm any additional cost for delivery to your location with you before finalising your booking.
