Sauna + Sea brings the traditional wood-fired sauna experience to the coast every Sunday. Spend time in the heat, step into the sea, and return to the sauna — a simple contrast of warmth and cold, with space to breathe, reset and enjoy the beautiful Norfolk coast.
Sunday Sessions.
From 9th August. Every Sunday 8am - 8pm. Some weekends may be booked out for private events, so please check our Instagram for the latest information.
The Ship Inn.
You’ll find us in the car park at The Ship Inn, Mundesley, NR11 8BQ. Limited parking is available on site, with additional parking on the surrounding roads. The beach car park is just a 10-minute walk away.
Come Prepared.
Please bring swimwear and a towel, plus suitable footwear is essential for outside the sauna. Everything else is ready for you. You can read full info and our booking policy here.
